The convey chain and pressed line send the fish-bone joint floor out, and goes to the discharging device. In order for being used for different fish-bone floor with different length or angles, the slotting machine is designed for moving horizontally, and the moving is adjust by touch to input the length and angle you need. It is moving and positioning automatically. The moving is driven by motor with accuracy to 0.01mm.
The fish-bone floor after processing can satisfy customer’ requirement for floor size and angle, and there is no angle collapse or edge warping. The cutter with 6+6 structure can also finish the processing of inter-locker shape.
