Main characteristics of machine tool:
● The machine tool is mainly composed of left and right bases, a set of beams, two sets of left and right columns, two sets of carriage, one set of ram, one set of five axis CNC milling head, one set of pneumatic device, one set of electrical control system and guide rail protection device. Its structure type is fixed workbench and movable gantry frame. The machine tool is reasonably designed for use. It has the advantages of high speed, high speed, five axis interpolation, and good reliability of the drive system. It is suitable for machining super large three-dimensional curved surfaces. The machine tool is simple to use and maintain, and has a beautiful appearance.
● The worktable is made of high-strength cast iron and resin sand, and the casting stress is eliminated by heat treatment.
